in 4.2.6 the bug does not yet exist. The main difference is that the Customise window stays open after I change a shortcut in the small shortcut editor window. I guess the problem is that the current version also closes the Customise window whenever you change a shortcut, not giving the user a chance to click on OK in the Customise window to accept the change.
