In 00000b8b there are three 0a
- Linfeed of last Header Line
- Breaking empty Line between Headers and Mail
- First empty Line of Mail

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=windows-1252 - It happens

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1  - It does not happen

But why does The Bat! set the 1252 Charset while answering or
forwarding Mails - i have selected West-European-ISO.

I am confused.

The Message i answered is:
X-Enigmail-Version: 0.95.7
Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha1;
 protocol="application/pgp-signature";
 boundary="------------enig6F34E3961869DBCB3FEF40CD"

 and in the Mailbody:

 This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 2440 and 3156)
--------------enig6F34E3961869DBCB3FEF40CD
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

But this is not recognized and i can not set anything other than
West-European-ISO...
