It is really simple! Try to open compiled file in any PE explorer software and
look to the names of exported functions...

Then add a .def file to your project and exclude any __declspec from the source.
Here is the file from BayesIt - you can just change a name to your's:

;-------begin of file---------
; BayesIt.def : Declares the module parameters for the DLL.

LIBRARY "BayesIt"

EXPORTS
; Explicit exports can go here
        TBP_Initialize @1
        TBP_NeedConfig @2
        TBP_GetName @3
        TBP_GetVersion @4
        TBP_GetStatus @5
        TBP_GetSpamScore @6
        TBP_Setup @7
        TBP_Finalize @8
        TBP_NeedCOM @9
        TBP_FeedSpam @10
        TBP_GetMacroList @11
        TBP_ExecMacro @12
        TBP_GetInfo @13
;---------end of file ------------------
