That's not quite correct. Happy99 replaced Windows' TCP/IP
implementation to send a duplicate eMail to every recipient with
its own program code as attachment. I think Bubbleboy is the
only virus that uses directly a security hole in O and OE. (Even
Loveletter needed a helpful user who started the attachment!)
