I just ran a search on keywords "xlat japanese" and Yahoo.com came up
with 51 web site matches. Among them: http://www.dehoog.org/html/thebat.html

John de Hoog used to be a member on TBUDL, but I haven't heard from
him in a while. He can surely guide you to the desired tables.
