Well, I use all three levels of templates, AB, folder, and per
account. But to make best use of it (automatic and personal) AB
templates are the a requirement. And, as Stuart pointed out, different
accounts, personalities and AB's don't make much sense without per
account personalised messages.
To make it a bit clearer, I use account templates for addressees and
folders I don't usually write to (about once or twice a year). Folder
templates are used for people and organisations I write now and then
usually business (theirs) replies. AB templates are for messages to
people, mailing lists or else that I write to regularly.
Now, I have basically two accounts, one for my GMX address (oldest and
used mostly private soon), one for my own domain "Write4U.de", clearly
for business purposes now. Maybe later it will be my only address.
And the rest you already know from my first posting.
