Let's start with the obvious (maybe not as obvious to you, if you're
new to TB): what's the "Destination" folder for the first filter?
The "continue with next filters" option works only when the message
is not moved out of the source folder. IOW, for your settings to
work, the destination folder of the first three filters have to be
set to "Outbox" (the mandatory source filter for all Outgoing mail
filters). TB's default is the "Sent" folder, so you have to change
it yourself.
