This is basically deleting before download, any message that doesn't have
a Reply-to header. A lot of legitimate messages don't have a reply-to
header. This is not a good enough filter. Kill filters have to be very
precise.
I'd list the other fields in the kill filter string box to make it look
like this:
Reply-to:
From:
To:
In the advanced section enable 'none of the strings should match. I doubt
that a legitimate message would not have any those header fields present.

Indeed, this has to be considered. If you occasionally receive these types
of messages, then it would be better to delete them upon receipt at your
inbox rather than use a kill filter.
