Where did you put the macros? It has to go in a specific reply
template - either in the address book entry for the list's address
(preferred) or in the folder reply template (only to be used in
emergency because of focus problems) in place of the "%QUOTES" macro.
It worked perfectly on the sample you sent to the list.
