Hello Al,
I think I have a situation somewhat like yours that I use for one of
my listserves.
Here is how I worked it, it may work for you too.

I will use your wording to lessen the chance that I will get
confused;) 1) I've created a folder under Personal named TBTECH. 2)
Created a rule for TBTECTH under the Personal account. 3) Created a
folder under Work account named TBTECH. 4) I had two choices a)copy
rule from Personal and change the moved messages to the new folder in
Work/TBTECH or b)create a new rule under Work for Work/TBTECH .
