Hi TBTECH,
[I sent this message on 8/3/01, but it never appeared on the TBTech
Digest mailings I received. However, I had to re-subscribe to
TBTech, so if it did appear and I just missed it, please accept my apologies
for the
duplication.]
The Bat! v. 1.53d)
Incoming messages appear normal on the screen as they always have, but now
when they print, the entire message text appears first with the initials of
the sender to the left of every line followed by a > symbol, like
this:
pb> Here is the assignment.
pb> Please let me know when it will be complete.
pb> Best regards,
Below that, the message appears normally; that is with the message header
and the normally formatted text and no "pb>". Of course, this means that
every message I
print takes twice as much paper. It looks almost like the message is a reply
with the entire message "quoted." However, this happens with original
incoming messages that are not replies or forwarded.
I cannot figure out why messages appear this way, and cannot find any
setting option to change it.
Can you help me?
Orrie
