Actually NATO didn't intend to bomb civilian targets. The ones that
struck WTC -- the opposite.

The whole discussion about 1999 and the NATO's strike is about the
limitations of countries' independence. The history teaches that
together we can achieve more than alone. Therefore countries should
join the international efforts to fight aggressive dictatorships and
terrorists. International treaties are a way to do so.

This was an intervention that -- although controversial -- helped to
get rid of Milosević and to normalize the situation in Yugoslavia.
However you may feel about this, this objectively wasn't terrorism.

Great! I've been interested in how the situation evolved in Yugoslavia
and I hope that you will manage to build a modern and wealth country.
This will hopefully cause the fractions in the Balkans disappear and
the area will be peaceful again and without fanatical nationalism.

Regards,
