If you can see something like "Language name (CSAPI) under "Spell Checker" - "Language" in editor window you can use CSAPI dictionaries. I don't know about any "installation" process after you've installed your office software with dictionaries. AFAIK there are some problems with MS Office'97 package - don't know the details.
