Hello Rod,

This sounds like a bad registry entry.

I'm using W2K, not WXP, but you might try looking at
HKCU\Software\RIT\The Bat!\. If everything looks OK
there, you might try searching for "the bat" throughout the registry
and checking the paths.

If you call any programs in your filters, you can check there, too.

Of course, check the shortcut "Target" and "Start in" entries.
Sometimes these get corrupted.
