It's a pre-defined filter in the sorting office: the bottom folder in
the tree view is the "known" folder. Select it and the filter setting
become "active".

Are you talking about the virus protection setting up in the "options"
menu? If so:

Depends  on  what  AV  you  use:  there's a choice between an external
plugin and the Kaspersky plugin. I use Kasperksy Pro and selected that
option.  The  plugin is then installed. If you use another AV, i guess
you  have  to check what plugin you need (probably you need to contact
the manufacturer if you can not detect it in your AV software ?????)
