I'm using GPG (http://www.gnupg.org) - I'm not sure if TB's acts the
same way with PGP-DLLs... but at least for GPG:

TB passes the account owner (%FROMNAME <%FROMADDR>) to determine the
signing key - thus if You have another account with the user ID of
your second key and change the active account with options/active
account (or via %ACCOUNT="" macro) while writing a mail TB should then
use that key to sign
