Hello Fellow TB users,

I need a little help (What the hell... all the help actually) in writing a
filter which requires Red Ex . Not knowing how to do so I am hoping this forum
will help me.

I work for an Organization which distributes services thru franchisees and we
have over 1500 of them. Now not all of them have permanent e-mail id's and we
have need to communicate to them.

I recently send them a mail on a policy and quite a few of them were returned
for varied reasons. Just by looking at the e-mail id, I cannot make out which
region the franchisee is. However I do have the addresses grouped as per
addresses.

Now what I wanted to was to to check if the e-mail id mentioned in the body of
the returned mail is in a particular group, then I could not only move the
e-mail to a desired folder but also automatically send a notification to the
Regional Manager of the region to get the new e-mail id.

The problem is that the e-mails come in different forms and I am not very
conversant with Reg Ex ... Which I believe can help do it. For your reference I
am giving below a few sample (which I am sure most of you would be aware of)

Thanks in advance...
