Hi there ;)

I'm running an SMTP server which supports AUTH. I'm now trying to
realize why Bat cannot send mails, while another MUA on my system and
the in Win2k included SMTP server can?!

Here's the error log from TB:

 26.05.2002, 22:58:06: SEND - sending mail messages - 1 messages in queue
26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - connected to SMTP server
 26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - authenticating (plain)...

 26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - The last address submitted was <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
!26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - Message has not been sent. Server reply - relaying to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> prohibited by administrator
 26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - connection finished - 0 messages sent
26.05.2002, 22:58:07: SEND - Some messages were not sent - check the log for details

Here's the server log:

2002-05-26 23:00:38 Authentication failed for pd9587f7d.dip.t-dialin.net
(217.88.127.125) [217.88.127.125]: 535 Incorrect authentication data

I don't understand why it doesnt work! If anyone wants to try it out,
here's the user/pass: thebat/t3sr (don't try to spam, ill hunt you
down *g*)

Thanks!
