No. This behavior is not restricted to the command line. The e-Mail
address name is an e-Mail address syntax ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and could
confuse the MTA. So the `name' has to be split up.
You can repeat this by copying '[EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' into your
clipboard and paste it into a new mail To: line.
