Dear tbtech,

I normally send a comment with a text about "try The Bat!", but I
would like it to be only when people are NOT using The Bat! already.

So I went to Marc Pearlstone page and found this macro that finds the
mailer, which I have given the handle "b":

,----- [ b ] ------
| %SETPATTREGEXP="(?im-s)^(X-Mailer|User-Agent):\s*(.*)$"%-
| %REGEXPBLINDMATCH="%Headers"%-
| %Subpatt="2"
`------------------------------------------------------------------------

And I made this, which I gave the handle "a":

,----- [ a ] ------
| %if:"%b"="The Bat! (v1.61)":'':'%comment=_Try The Bat!'
`------------------------------------------------------------------------

It doesn't work, as you might have guessed.

I have tried a lot of variations:

=_<The Bat!...
=<The Bat!...
=_"<The Bat!...
=_"The Bat!...
=_* The Bat!...

are some of them. Nothing works.

I even tried putting all of "b" into "a" instead of just referring to
it.

Now, what I would like to, is that it not only does not send comments,
when someone is using The Bat! (v1.61), but all versions of The Bat!
and SecureBat!

Is there anyone here that can guide me on the way, please?
