How about cleaning up the wrapping a bit so it becomes unambiguous
(you can safely break pattern strings with %- for legibility) and
using single quotes for embedded quotes? In fact, it is
overcomplicated and repeats a condition at the start that only needs
specifying once. I've also added the "Original Besked" sensitivity
Peter originally mentioned.
