You may choose "Tools" - "OpenPGP" - "OpenPGP Key Manager" and then you can click Import from Keys menu. And theoretically after choosing of *.asc file the new key have add into your keyring. But... But practically it's not always working. In some cases *.asc file can't been added into your keyring if it was created by external PGP version. I experimented just know with my PGP 8.0.2 and have NO results of importing the *.asc file into keyring with built-in version of PGP in TheBat. In short I advise you to use external version of PGP (for example 8.0.2 version) with TheBat as built-in version are not good enough.
