Andrew,

What I did was to move the relevant tbb files to a separate folder,
then delete the folders from within the Bat.

I then closed down and re-opened the Bat and created the folders
again. Then I imported the files. All seems to have worked  :)

Can't see what happened as it's always been a success before (though
never with Bat 2)
