every morning i have 30-50 email when i enter the office. usually i read all of them very briefly, mark (use the flag) messages that need my further attention, then sort them into project folders (sometimes it is manually). then, in the past, i had to manually go to every project folder to find those flagged msgs and reply. now, i can create a VF with "flagged" option and let it sort all my flagged msg in one place, and follow up on the rest of the day. -- Samson, using Agent newsreader ________________________________________________________ http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
