Hello, Here's a problem that I had to drop mid-thread a while ago due to travel and dial-up connections...
Clicking a "mailto:" shortcut used to bring up an empty new mail window from the default mail client. Now, after a rebuild, I get "mailto:" in the "To" field. Marck was in the middle of helping me through this and we were looking here: MDP> It's about mailto command interpretation. MDP> Yes - here: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto\shell\open\command MDP> "C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat.exe" "%1" I have the same entry. I've also searched for all occurrences of mailto: in the registry and they look the same. I tried changing this to "C:\windows\notepad.exe" but I still got the new mail window. Is this significant?
