Did he leave a > historical archive / download site some where? Since I am currently - and until the evening - at my workplace (not the same as my own office), I can't send you his last build. He definitely vanished from the Web some months ago after a long hiatus of his work. The reasons may be manifold but one main point surely is the legal trouble with PGP Corp., which seems to be much more severe in chasing non-official versions than NAI was before. No wonder, as the reason for those versions has been gone after the ban on better encryption had been lifted by the US government. There has always been controversy around CKT's versions, partly due to semi-legal/official "i" builds. As I understand it, the original owners of PGP (up until NAI took over) understood their export of the printed code as an official license only to certain developers (the i ones). Add to that the added features of CKT builds and trouble was brewing. If no one else offers it to you, contact me again tonight (around 8 p.m. MEST) and I send the 6.5.8CKT. -- Dierk ________________________________________________________ http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
