No, but you can be pretty inventive. You could use the "Create new
message" action to create a message with the same from / to / reply
addresses and textual body with a template something like this:
%to=''%to='%otolist'%cc=''%occlist'%-%-
%from='"%ofromname" <%ofromaddr>'%-
%replyto='%oreplyaddr'%-
%text
Or perhaps a creative use of Save / Export message + Import actions
could help.
