OK, based on what everyone explained to me regarding the fact that The
Bat! *needs* to call out in order lookup crl's, revocations and such,
I looked through my settings and watched the output via packet sniffer
over a few days.

I do not have any accounts with Allow S/mime checked.
I DO have allow PGP

So can someone continue my education on this and help me understand
why the program need to lookup revocation's on certificates I likely
am not using nor will need to check against?

Maybe I get paranoid, having recently dumped Zone Alarm Pro because it
too kept calling out and was NOT stoppable. I AM paranoid I guess. I
really don't want programs using the outbound route unless I tell them
to do so. Otherwise, I see outbound traffic going, at a time when I
KNOW I personally didn't initiate any, and I am mentally forced to
instantly start the packet-sniffer to see just what is leaving my
computer.
