Confirmed. TB ignores the "default account for mailto" setting in account props, and uses the last account that was highlighted (*if* an account was highlighted), when clicking on a mailto link with TB closed. It seems to use this setting, however, when the last selected folder was a common folder, and not an account. I also get three AVs when clicking on a mailto link with TB closed.
