the path info, as I read it in a dos window, is correct and points
straight to where the gpg.exe is located.

I have checked and checked yet that radio-button in Bat is always
greyed out. Oddly though, I can encrypt something, or a current
window, using the icons in the systray ..... thus, something is
installed correctly.
