hiyall, m> My problem is that I want to add, say for example, "view modes" to my toolbar: m> but as a single drop-drown button, and not as separate buttons.
m> My assumption was that I need to add a container to the toolbar and then populate it. so it should be - and so it actually worked in the previous versions! (I did exactly the same thing to have quicker access to the color groups) the new version of the customizer is missing the function to add an entry into a container (the previous version had a special button "add as sub-entry" or alike)... so you can add entries to existing folders but not to empty ones (I reported this as a possible bug in May, but didn't get feedback) Marck> One wonders why. The only place view modes are relevant is in the Marck> message list. But right clicking on the message list captions gives Marck> immediate access to all view modes. So the need for such a button on Marck> the toolbar is redundant. well... as is each and every keyboard shortcut and are all the icons in the standard task bar ;-) and by the way: the standard task bar of the main window does have drop-downs for fetching, sending and replying, so it's well implemented and supported -- kind regards, Shalom NOrbert using TB 3.80.06 ________________________________________________________ http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
