Is there a way to get the objects in the Attach directory to "re-sync" with its original associated messages?
We have thousands of emails and attachments stored in The Bat!, and it is configured to keep the attached files in a separate folder (not embedded into the emails). For the sake of easier maintenance, we do not elect to include attachments in the backup jobs. We backup the the full account data without the attachments, and then compress up the attachment directory separately. During restoration, we then simply extract the contents of the compressed archive into the resulting Attach directory. This process has worked for years, but lately we are running into a "sync" issue. The restored messages still show the attachment, but it is listed at 0 bytes. When attempting to open it, The Bat! indicates that it cannot find the object. Upon looking in the ATTACH folder, the file is definitely there (with the right file name). Is there any way to get the attachments and messages to sync up again?
