The reply template can be found at the account properties.
 Account -> Properties -> Templates -> Reply

However, the macro has to be put in the template that you're using for
sending your messages. If I'm not mistaken then in your case that
would be the separate template file that you're using for your
automatic messages.

Yes you should replace that with a valid address. However, now you're
talking about a BCC address. In order to BCC the message, you should
use the %BCC="some_address" macro in stead of the %CC=  macro.
