Hi,
at least since version v9.4.1, each time I open the message editor to either write a new mail or a response, there are two toolbars below the header lines: "HTML basic formatting" and "HTML Advanced Formatting". I can switch them off by right-clicking in the toolbar and deselecting them, but they are back the next time I open the editor again. Additionally, I prefer "plain text" and am not using the html editor, so they make absolutly no sense in the first place. How can I deactivate these toolbars permanently?
