Hello Tbudl, On my new computer, there is one account that cannot check mail. After "FETCH = TLS Handhsake complete", the next entry in the account log is:
FETCH - Cannot open file "D:\\TBMail\TBprotocolsRetr.log" The device is not ready. FETCH - connection finished - messages received. I looked in the old computer, and I do have such a file there (469MB!). The mail directory on the new computer is set to another drive. I checked Account / Properties / Files&Directories, and it is correctly set to the new drive, and the message files are there too. I have toggled Verbose Log on and off, didn't help. What can be the reason only this account needs this file, and why is it looking in the wrong drive? -- Cheers, Thomas. Message reply created with The Bat!
