Out of office should be set up at the mail server itself, not in the e-mail client. That said, you can do it with the "send automatic reply" filter action. But that filter action will only work if The Bat is actually running. Just don't set up any kind of autoresponders for any mailing lists you are subscribed to. That will get you put on moderation at the very least and most likely unsubscribed.
