This is not what I mean. There I can choose which header are always shown in 
the panel. I already now all CC and BCC headers.

In the headers in the raw email (source) I personally find it easier to see. 
Plus, with the F9 keyboard shortcust I can view other headers which I don't 
want to see for every message, often starting with "X-", or I can see the 
message body to extract an URL.
