I have a smiilar wit importing mail.
I was running The Bat 1.22 with my old PC (133 MHZ CPU) and there were
lots of mails in the message base (u know TBUDL mailinglist? =)
Some weeks ago I bought a AMD K6-2 400 MHZ and before I assembled a
new PC I exported all the mail in the unix format.
I checked if it works and reimported all mail.
Well, it worked fine when using the same The Bat version which i used
for exporting.
But: when importing in The Bat 1.34a, only one (!) message from
several hunders was stored and this one was even damaged.
So...if u ask me this is a general The Bat bug :}
