Kill filters are executed during the process of receiving mail from
the server. If any of kill filters are active, TB! downloads message
headers first, then decides what messages are should be deleted
without downloading based on kill filters, and then kills unwanted
messages on the server and downloads others.
After downloading messages Incoming filters are applied to them.
Incoming filter also can delete messages, but it will take place after
downloading complete message to local mailbox.
