I think it's more subtle and irritating than that. All the icons have
changed, right, so they no longer look as they used to? So we identify
them by position rather than by their picture.
The button to put a message in the outbox (ie to deliver it according to
the account settings) used to be the first on the left. It is now the
second on the left, and the first on the left is "deliver immediately".
I think this was a mistake; that's all I'll say, becasue I am feeling
polite.
