Hello Monbebe,

    by checking "Create Reading Confirmation (if required)" The Bat!
    will create automatically a reading confirmation, if the sender
    did that require (like you could do it from the person you send a
    message by checking "Reading Confirmation" in the Options menue in
    the editor window).

    If you want The Bat! create a message, when you have read
    somebody's message, do the following:

    Create a filter for that person (those persons) using Sorting
    Office | Read Messages and check "Send Auto-Reply" in the Actions
    panel and create a template.
