Two things refute this.
1: Most people are lost within Windows without a good manual.
2: A recent study of grade-school children who had never had any computer
experience before showed that they picked up Linux faster than Windows.
I dunno about you, but I don't consider grade-school children who have
never messed around with a computer before "programmers."
BTW, I'm not a programmer either.
