If you use Kill filters, then the mail gets deleted on server without
downloading it. If you use Incoming mail filters and the checkbox
"Delete from server" on Actions Tab, then the mail is downloaded, then
deleted from server (makes sense only if you use "Leave messages on
server" in account's preferences).
