Can you read this ������ ? This word came from my reply message (of
my .cn correspondence).
I noticed, if at the time messages download, and we're not use MingLiu
Characterset, we will not look Chinese Character.
I guess, because TB not have function such "re-decoded" any message
text.
In replying, we must set the font to MingLiu first before click reply
button, or we never see the chinese charecter set.

I think so, but we need "re-encoding/decoding" function, so if we
receive msg in other language and we were in English encoding mode, we
can re-decode the message.

Now, I am in English language, but use Mingliu font, so I can type
Chinese character such : ������.
