MDP>> Attachments of a non-viewable type do *not* show up on a tab
MDP>> like TXT or HTML attachments. They show up as icons in a panel
MDP>> to the left of the message text. This panel can be reduced in

MDP>> you?
PJFS> If you mean to the left of the "From" column, I show a paper icon with
PJFS> a clip on it,
No - that is the "message list". I am talking about either the text
preview pane of the main TB window or the folder view window.
PJFS> if you mean something else if I open up the letter than, NOthing
PJFS> is there extra. I also checked external viewer under options,
PJFS> but this seems to do nothing.
When you double click the message in the message list, TB will open
the message in a folder view window. If the message has any
attachments they will show as icons with a specific name (e.g.
'mysong.mp3') in a vertical strip panel to the left of the message
text.
If this is not present, check in the Folder view 'View .. Attachments'
menu option. The option 'Show Automatically' should be checked.
Cheers,
Marck
