Just a small question on threading. I apologise in advance if it's an
FAQ, but I couldn't find it documented anywhere.
I prefer to "Thread by references" in the TBUDL folder, since it works
a lot better than threading by subject. However there are some
threads that are an original, a reply, a reply to the reply, etc.
When reading through them you have to expand each reply. Like this:

[-] Subject
       Re subject
   [-] Re subject
       [-] Re[2] subject
           [-] Re[3] subject
               [+] Re[4] subject
   [+] Re Subject

Well basically, I find it a bit awkward to click all the plusses to
expand, especially when looking for something specific. I would
rather it showed up like:

[-] Subject
       Re subject
       Re subject
           Re[2] subject
               Re[3] subject
                   Re[4] subject
                      Re[5] subject
       Re Subject
           Re[2] Subject

Is this possible? It would also be nice to have a command for
expanding _all_ threads in a folder, which is useful for scanning
through the messages looking for something, and another to collapse
all threads for neatness when done.

I know the drawings are crude but they represent a thousand words :)
