I don't need to use keyboard and left mouse button combinations to
copy multiple messages through drag and drop. I really don't see why
you should need to as well. I simply drag and drop with the left mouse
button. If multiple messages are selected then all of them are copied
using just the left mouse button.

If you have multiple messages selected and you click on any with the
left mouse button, the others do not get deselected unless you release
the mouse button.

At least, this is what occurs in Windows NT. :-/

I use the same method for single and multiple message copying.
