When smart tabs is on, pressing tab key in editor will jump to the
indent of the above line. On next keypress it will jump to begin of
next word, or end of line, if at last word. If you have a line
formatted like this:
xxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxx. xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
# # # # # # #
The cursor will jump to locations marked with # respectively.
If the option is turned off, the cursor will make 8-space jumps
regardless of surroundings.
