The folder positions are stored in the registry, so you had not
only to backup the mail directory, but also to carry the
corresponding registry section to the new machine.
As for the filters etc., on your old machine goto the mail
directory, find there the files account.* (binary files) and copy
these over the ones you have on new machine.

Absolutely no, AFAIK. Filters are stored in RIT's own format, I
dunno how to deal with this.
