Actually, I figured out what happened. In my address book, I had an
entry that contained about 20 email addresses (a distribution list).
Since it was so long, it would not display in the popup list, which
also prevented any others from popping up as well. Therefore, it
looked as if the popup list wasn't working at all. After taking this
entry off of the favorites list, the popup window reappeared when
right-clicking. Go figure.
